Your choice of our canopy tent venue located in the private front yard of the farm house near the Sweetwater Stage, our beautiful gardens, and the delightful animals of Sweetwater Farms; or the Sweetwater Events Barn located near the Sweetwater Cottage and our unique natural play space. The barn offers spacious interior, countertops with sink, and air conditioning for the summer and heat for the winter.

Sat, Sun: 10am - 11:30am, 12:30pm - 2pm, 3 - 4:30pm
Want more time on the farm? Simply book two time slots back-to-back and get the hour in between for free!
Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your reserved time slot for decorating.
When selecting your party size, please note that the number of guests includes anyone 2 years of age or older (children and adults).

> A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged to hold the date and time for your event. The balance due will be charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to your event.
> We will confirm your number of guests at the end of your party. An additional fee of $12 will be charged for each guest over your allocated number.
> For the barn venue, we provide a 12’ long x 9’ high banner stand if you would like to bring a balloon arch or backdrop banner. Please, NO GLITTER!
